Mission Statement
Pathways of Suttons Bay is a warm, charming residential community neighborhood. This community neighborhood is designed as a fun and safe, lifelong residential community for families, couples or individuals.This project is focused on affordability - Affordable for moderate income people seeking to live in a community setting of upscale innovative housing by using a clustered design featuring simple, easy to care for, energy-efficient homes. Rolling hills and forest land have been set aside for conservation areas, wild flowers, and trails, with open spaces for use by residents with plenty of room to live and play.
This project will utilize the environment in the safest and most economical way possible with minimal environmental impact. Nestled in agricultural settings, yet within 2 miles to the Village of Suttons Bay , Pathways by design is a community integrated with agriculture and nature. Pathways as a community provides a system of on-site trails for walking or biking in summer or cross country skiing in winter with access to the TART Trail, a 33 mile long network that cuts across the Pathways Project-a Project committed to a soft environmental footprint for a healthy, active lifestyle.
The designed community of Pathways with custom homes created for easy energy-efficient living creates a distinctive country community that will sustain Leelanau County 's charm and is close to both the charming Suttons Bay Village and the thriving Traverse City region. |
